Terms & Conditions
- Paying Guest required to pay their compensations strictly in advanceon 1st Day of the month in case of delay more than 5 days apenalty of Rs.200 is applicable under any circumstances
- Paying guest has to pay Rs.1000/-asapenalty if chequebounceforany reason
- Paying guest bound to pay their share of electricity every month no matter if they are absence number of days.
- Accommodation will beterminated without any notice. II If compensation is not paid before 8th of the month and his/her deposit will not bere fundable and paying guest is completely responsiblef or his/her belongings No complaint willbeen tertained for the any lost/larceny. In such case Management shall be at aliberty to issue the same accommodation to another person and disposes tuff sand belongings ifany.
- One month's previous notice must begin when vacating the premises between 1st to 5th of every succeed in month in advance without any default.
- Deposit is refundable and will not bead justed during the notice period.
- If paying guest vacates his/ her roombe for ecompletion of the month , he/she will be bound to pay the compensation for the whole month in addition to a month's compensation for usual notice to vacant.
- Management shave right to terminate the accommodation services with the prior notice of 24hour.
- The compensation periodis from to 31st no matter when you start your stay.
